People of Lubanda ward in Binga are appealing to the Ministry of Youth, Indigenization and Economic Empowerment to provide them with a youth officer who can spearhead projects in the ward. They said their ward is forgotten because it is at the boarder with Hwange.
Lubanda Primary school in Binga is having problems of clean water supply. Teachers have resorted to sharing the surrounding river with animals.
